SAFETY MARSHAL TRAINING
SAFETY MARSHALS NEEDED! One of the best ways you can support upcoming demonstrations and resistance work in our community is to become a Safety Marshal. We believe that trained community Safety Marshals are one of our greatest contributions to effective nonviolent action for peace and justice. Participants in these Safety Marshal Trainings will learn nonviolent de-escalation techniques for effective and safe demonstrations. After successfully completing the training, volunteers can choose to assist with safety marshal work at a variety of demonstrations, marches and other events being held in the Big Bend area. We hope you’ll consider becoming one!

We are organizers of national No Kings & Hands Off protests
We are hearing that the next national No Kings call to action will be in late March 2026
The Oct 18, 2025, No Kings 2 Tallahassee saw 7500 demonstrators at the FL Capitol. Indivisible Tallahassee works with the national Indivisible movement and a coalition of local organizations to help coordinate the moving parts of a mass action.
A local coalition of activist organizations is organizing a local protest on Jan 24.
We are awaiting the announcement for a national late-March 2026 No Kings 3 action and will inform you quickly when the date is formalized by national Indivisible. This will be the national No Kings 3 and will be coordinated by Indivisible Tallahassee and other local organizations to will build people power across the country.
